Perfect peas
A handy magic ingredient when you need something green and may not have much left on hand. Simply defrost frozen peas. Note: peas will turn brown quickly when acidity is added, hence, I generally only use zest on certain veggies. But if you’re going to eat them straight away, then use juice or vinegar.
