Recipe for roasted garlic Preheat oven to 150°C fan bake. Separate 3 heads garlic into cloves, trim the base of each clove and place in a small roasting dish. Cover with extra-virgin olive oil and roast until soft (40-45 minutes). Allow to cool before fishing out garlic and removing skins.
